Purpose
Cover school cafeteria expenses when the school has a cafeteria service not managed by the Ministry, cover transportation costs for students who do not have a school transportation route contracted by the administration and travel a distance greater than 3 kilometers to access the educational center or the nearest stop of organized school transportation, and as long as it is between different towns.

Eligible Beneficiaries
The following will be eligible for assistance:
- In the case of daily transportation, the following will be eligible for assistance: students enrolled in the second cycle of Early Childhood Education, Compulsory Education, or Basic Vocational Training at their assigned school.
- In the case of weekend transportation, the following will be eligible for assistance: students enrolled in the second cycle of Early Childhood Education, Compulsory Education or Basic Vocational Training in an educational center supported with public funds.
- In the case of school lunchroom services, the following will be eligible for assistance: students nrolled in the third year of the first cycle of Early Childhood Education under the experimental program Classroom Two, second cycle of Early Childhood Education, in Compulsory Education or Basic Vocational Training, in their assigned center and supported with public funds.

Requirements
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL APPLICANTS:
- Have family residence in Extremadura at the date of the application or have Extremaduran status, in accordance with Law 6/2009, of December 17, on the Statute of Extremadurans Abroad.
- Be enrolled in a publicly funded center of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura at the educational levels that apply in each case.
- Be the holder of a tax identification number, either permanent or provisional, by the deadline for submitting applications.
SPECIFIC ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR EACH MODALITY
- Daily transport mode
- Be enrolled in the second cycle of Early Childhood Education, Compulsory Education or Basic Vocational Training, at their assigned center.
- Not having a school transportation route contracted by the educational administration.
- Travel a distance greater than 3 kilometers to access the educational center or the nearest stop of organized school transportation, and as long as it is between different locations.
- Weekend transport mode
- Be enrolled in the second cycle of Early Childhood Education, Compulsory Education or Basic Vocational Training in a publicly funded educational center.
- Occupy a residential place in the network of public educational residences in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, managed by the regional ministries responsible for education or agriculture.
- Have a habitual family residence in a town other than the home school or residence where they have been assigned a place and that this is more than 3 kilometers from said family home.
- Dining room modality
- Be enrolled in the third year of the first cycle of Early Childhood Education under the experimental program Aula Dos, second cycle of Early Childhood Education, in Compulsory Education or Basic Vocational Training, at their assigned school and supported with public funds.
- The school where the student is enrolled lacks a school cafeteria service managed by the educational administration.
- That the same socioeconomic requirements established for obtaining a free place in school cafeterias managed by the Education Administration are met, understanding that this requirement is met when the family unit's income does not exceed the following amounts, for which purposes the family unit's income in force at the time of publication of the call for applications will be taken into account.
- Families with one member: 9,243.98 euros.
- Families with two members: 13,864.87 euros.
- Families with three members: 18,486.86 euros.
- Families with four members: 23,108.85 euros.
- Families with five members: 26,806.67 euros.
- Families with six members: 30,503.38 euros.
- Families with seven members: 34,201.19 euros.
- Families with eight members: 37,899.00 euros.
- Starting with the eighth member, an additional 3,697.81 euros will be added for each new eligible member.
Exceptionally, when there are sufficiently accredited socio-educational reasons and a favorable report from the Educational and Psychopedagogical Guidance Teams or Guidance Departments that justify the need for assistance, Aid may be granted for any of the daily transport, weekend and school canteen modalities to students who do not meet any of the requirements of the previous sections, are included in any of the following groups:
- Special educational needs.
- High intellectual abilities.
- Late entry or discontinuous schooling.
- At risk of social exclusion.
- With difficulties in regular school attendance.
- Students from broken homes.
- Students experiencing bullying.
- Situations of gender-based violence.
- Other similar circumstances.

Funding
For daily transport mode the amount of aid will be determined based on the number of kilometers traveled by the student from their home to the school or the nearest stop on the school route. A fixed amount will be assigned according to the sections indicated below:
- Up to 40 km per week: 280 euros per student/course.
- From 41 to 60 km per week: 300 euros per student/course.
- From 61 to 80 km per week: 335 euros per student/course.
- From 81 to 100 km per week: 400 euros per student/course.
- From 101 to 150 km per week: 535 euros per student/course.
- From 151 to 200 km per week: 665 euros per student/course.
- From 201 to 250 km per week: 800 euros per student/course.
- More than 250 km per week: 930 euros per student/course.
To determine the number of kilometers traveled, the number of weekly trips will be taken into account, including those made to attend complementary teaching and/or training activities, and the number of school days in the school calendar for each academic year.
For the weekend transport modetheamount the aid will be determined by the distance between the family home and the public residence awarded, corresponding to a fixed amount according to the following sections:
- Up to 24 km: 100 euros per student/course.
- From 25 to 50 km: 235 euros student/course.
- From 51 to 100 km: 265 euros student/course.
- From 101 to 150 km: 300 euros student/course.
- From 151 to 200 km: 335 euros student/course.
- More than 200 km: 400 euros per student/course.
To determine the number of kilometers traveled, the number of trips made during the school year and the number of weekends in each academic year will be taken into account.
For the school cafeteria modality, themaximum amountThe aid will be €764.64 per student.

Required Documentation
MANDATORY DOCUMENTATION:
- Annex I: Request for assistance according to model.
- The application must be accompanied by the following documentation:
- Certificate of residence, issued by the City Council, stating the student's family address during the school year and the distance in kilometres between the town centre of the residence and the town centre where the educational centre is located (daily transport mode) or the town where the public school residence is located (weekend transport mode), or, where applicable, the nearest stop on the school transport route for both modes.
- Registration of the student's third party, including the bank account into which they wish the aid to be deposited. However, if the student is registered, they must include the twenty-digit bank account number in Annex I.
- With the prior express authorization of the applicants, the managing body will automatically obtain the:
- Tax identification document, which must match the bank account holder's name specified for the aid payment.
- Information accrediting income levels of the members that make up the family unit, with the exclusive purpose of verifying compliance with the socioeconomic requirements established in Resolution Fourth 2. c) section 3 of these regulatory bases.
In the event of express objection by the applicant, they must provide a certification issued by the State Tax Administration Agency (STAA) of the income levels of the family unit members. If the State Tax Administration Agency does not have the tax information necessary to prove income, the applicant must provide a certificate of income, a sworn statement, or other documents that justify the family unit's income.
In the cases of aid for service costs, it will also be accompanied:- Annex IV: Private contract for transportation services to the educational center between the transportation service provider and the applicant for aid, or the person representing him/her, and reported by the Provincial Delegation according to model Annex V. It is mandatory.
- Certification from the company where the parent or legal representative works, specifying the working hours. This is mandatory.
- Detailed sketch of the location of the residential property with details of kilometers, both paved and unpaved roads, and the municipal area to which it belongs.
