  • Purpose

    Recognition, declaration and qualification of the degree of disability by the EVO (Evaluation and Orientation Team) located in the CADEX of Extremadura.

  • Eligible Beneficiaries

    People interested in disability recognition with administrative domicile in Extremadura.

  • Requirements

    Have habitual residence in Extremadura

  • Required Documentation

    • Photocopy of the interested party's ID; otherwise, a photocopy of the Family Record Book. (optional)
    • Photocopy of the legal representative's ID and the document proving legal representation or de facto guardianship. (optional)
    • Photocopy of all medical, psychological and/or psychopedagogical reports that support the alleged disability.
    • In case of review due to aggravation: Photocopy of the medical, psychological or psychopedagogical reports that prove said aggravation.
    • If you are a Social Security pensioner who has been granted a permanent disability pension (total, absolute, or severe disability), or a pensioner from the passive classes who has been granted a retirement or retirement pension due to permanent disability for service or uselessness, you must provide an updated Resolution or Certificate.
